Protein expression analysis
Strain specific CCR2 expression analysis in homozygous B-hCCR2 mice by flow cytometry.
Bone Marrow were collected from WT and homozygous B-hCCR2 mice, and analyzed by flow cytometry with species-specific anti-CCR2 antibody. Mouse CCR2 was only detectable in WT mice. Human CCR2 was exclusively detectable in homozygous B-hCCR2 but not WT mice.
